Refunds and Cancellation
Cancel a subscription, understand failed-generation credits, and request help with a Momo AI charge or result.

Cancel your next renewal
Momo AI subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Open billing settings, select Cancel renewal, and complete the confirmation before the next renewal. Current paid credits remain usable until their allowance expires; unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically reverse a completed charge. If you cannot sign in or cancel, email support@momoaiphoto.app from your account email.
When a generation fails
A confirmed technical failure releases the credits reserved for that task. A request still pending with the provider may need resolution first. If credits were taken but no result is available, send support the task ID and problem details.
Restored credits are not a cash refund. If the original reserved credits have expired, the service may restore them as a temporary allowance valid for 24 hours. Check your balance and use them within the displayed period.
Request a refund review
Contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges, undelivered services, or results that did not meet your expectations. Include your account email, receipt reference, relevant task ID, and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive photos.
We review the payment record, task status, credit usage, and circumstances. AI results vary, so a result you dislike does not automatically trigger a refund. We consider what happened and the rights applicable to your purchase. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer remedies or withdrawal rights.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where supported. Your bank or payment provider determines when they appear. A full refund removes unused credits associated with the refunded purchase. Other adjustments are reviewed individually.
One-time credit packs
One-time credit packs do not renew automatically, require no subscription, and their credits do not expire. Buying a pack does not start, change, or cancel a monthly subscription. These rules also apply to earlier one-time pack purchases.
