Momo AI subscriptions, monthly credits, cancellation, acceptable use, and your rights.

Who provides this service
Momo AI at momoaiphoto.app is operated by Boldcrest Innovations, LLC, a United States company. Contact support@momoaiphoto.app.
This is an independent website, not operated by or affiliated with the Momo app published by ScaleUp. Accounts, purchases, and credits from another service do not transfer here.
Your account and content
Use an account you control and keep its sign-in details secure. Only upload material you have the right to use. Obtain permission from anyone depicted before creating or sharing images of them.
You retain your rights in uploaded material. You authorize us and our service providers to process it to perform your requests, store and deliver results, provide support, and protect the service. This does not permit us to use your private photos in advertising without separate permission.
Do not use Momo AI for unlawful content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, fraud, harmful impersonation, harassment, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Monthly subscriptions and automatic renewal
Current plans are billed in US dollars:

Your subscription renews automatically every month until canceled. Completing subscription checkout authorizes the initial charge and recurring monthly charges for your selected plan. Checkout shows the amount due, currency, and any applicable tax before you pay. These are paid plans, not free trials.
Each monthly credit allowance expires at the next allowance period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Check your account for your balance and billing information. A subscription covers available tools; it does not make an unavailable feature available.
The current single-image option costs 4 credits; the eight-second video option costs 28 credits. Check the displayed credit cost before submitting. Plans are credit allowances, not unlimited generation or a promise of satisfactory results. Future prices or material changes will be disclosed before they apply to future purchases or renewals.
Canceling renewal
Open billing settings, choose Cancel renewal, and complete the confirmation before your next renewal. Cancellation stops the next recurring charge. Current paid credits remain available until their allowance expires; cancellation does not automatically refund an existing charge.
If you cannot access your account or cancel, email support from your account email. See our refund policy for failed tasks and billing problems.
One-time credit packs are also available: Starter Pack $5.99 for 80 credits, Creator Pack $14.99 for 240 credits, and Studio Pack $29.99 for 520 credits. No subscription is required. Packs do not renew automatically, and purchased pack credits do not expire. Buying a pack does not start, change, or cancel a subscription. Earlier pack purchases retain the same non-expiring policy.
AI results and availability
AI output varies. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a particular aesthetic, unique output, or suitability for a particular purpose. Review results before publishing them. Illustrative examples show creative directions, not guaranteed results from your photo.
You may download and use results subject to applicable law and other people's rights. We do not promise exclusive ownership, copyright protection, or clearance of third-party rights in AI-generated material.
Generation time and availability vary. Confirmed technical failures release reserved credits; a pending or unknown provider status may need resolution first. Credit restoration is separate from a cash refund.
File storage
Download files you want to keep. Results are normally available for 30 days. Task inputs normally expire seven days after a task finishes or fails; unattached uploads expire after 24 hours. You can delete completed results from your library. See our privacy policy.
Service issues and your rights
We may restrict requests or accounts to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. We will explain the action where appropriate and provide a way to contact support. This does not remove rights concerning a payment or service not supplied.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision cannot apply under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue where lawful.
We will post revised terms with an updated date and give notice of material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions. Contact support with questions.
